MIRACULOUS HILENDER VINE

Abstract

According to tradition, from the grave of St. Simeon (a monk name of Serbian reign Nemanja, founder of medieeval dynasty Nemanjići), grew i vine at Sveta Gora Hilander church. According to well known belief, grapes of St. Simeon are healing and miraculous, especiallu for healing femal unfertility. The Author deserves this belief in comparison to biblical and mythicah sumbols (the secual three, fertility, abundance) connection it with magic action and folk sorcery.
