IN THE SEARCH FOR THE ALTERNATIVE RELIGIONS: ABOUT THE “VISIBILITY” AND THE “INVISIBILITY” OF THE RELIGIOUS ORGANIZATIONS IN SERBIA
Keywords:

This paper presents the results that the Center for the research of alternative religions in the Faculty of Philosophy in Belgrade achieved thus far within the projects that are funded by the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development and by the Ministry of Culture and Media of the Republic of Serbia. One of the goals of the research is to lay the groundwork for the creation of a “map” of religious identities in Serbia and to point out different aspects of “visibility” and “invisibility” of the organizations which are religious in character, especially in the context of the use of inadequate legal solutions and the confusing classification and identification system which the relevant state institutions apply.
